I joined AUUC a couple of years ago to give diving a try. It’s since turned into a hobby where I’ve seen amazing creatures, made great friends and been underwater in parts of the world I’d never even heard of.
Though still a relatively new diver, I enjoy the training and have done a Rescue Diver course and am now (slowly) doing the Dive Master program. As an engineer, the technical aspects of diving have a certain calling. So do the social aspects – I’m as often seen drinking Blue Lagoon at the inevitable post-dive party as I am diving in the
blue ocean.
I look forward to meeting fellow AUUC members be it for diving, training, partying or telling tall tales of diving exploits.
